Test Reports

When a software tester has done some part or all of the QA work, he/she needs for reporting. EasyQA offers a fast process of building graph reports on the Test reports tab on the Test Plan Activities page.

You can generate the following test reports:

For test cases:

Created test cases (by the type) for the test plan – a user chooses the test plan and clicks a “Generate”. When you click this button, EasyQA forms a PDF doc for one of available test reports with the following info:

  • the name of the project
  • the name of the tester
  • the number of modules
  • the number of test cases
  • the diagram of the number of test cases by modules
  • the diagram with the number of test cases by types (functional, UI, and etc. – what you select when create a test case)

Run test cases (by the type) for the test run – the user selects a test run and clicks  “Generate” button. When you click this button, EasyQA forms a PDF doc for one of available test reports with the following info:

  • the name of the project
  • the name of the tester
  • the number of modules
  • the number of test cases
  • the diagram of the number of passed test cases by modules
  • the diagram with the number of test cases by types (passed, failed, blocked)

For issues:

Created issues (by the status) –  the user selects a test run and clicks ”Generate” button. When you click this button, EasyQA forms a PDF doc for one of available test reports with the following info:

  • the name of the project
  • the name of the tester
  • the number of issues
  • a diagram with the amount of issues by statuses  (Submitted, Reopened, In Progress, Code Review, QA Review)

Created issues (by the priority) –  the user selects a test run and clicks ”Generate”  button. When you click this button, EasyQA forms a PDF doc for one of available test reports with the following info:

  • the name of the project
  • the name of the tester
  • the number of issues
  • a diagram with the amount of issues by the priority.

  • the name of the project
  • the name of the tester

For crashes:

Crashes by the version of the build –  the user selects a test run and clicks ”Generate”  button. When you click this button, EasyQA forms a PDF doc for one of available test reports with the following info:

  • the name of the project
  • the number of crashes
  • a diagram with the amount of crashes by the version of test objects.
