HUSPI is a software development and IT consulting company that specializes in Financial Technology (FinTech) and MedTech projects as well as e-commerce and large-scale databases. 


We are working on such projects as EasyPay (an online payment solution created by our team from scratch), app development for currency exchange facilitation for a banking and financial institution, and many others. 


In our work, we focus on JavaScript and such frameworks like React, Angular, Ionic, and Node.

    Neural Intelligence Dashboard for Biotechnology Company
    We are a startup and our idea is to use nervous system intelligence to improve the human conditions and societal welfare. I am the COO of the company. We have created a system that consists of both hardware and software to measure the neural state of a person. It includes a digital camera, our very own algorithm implemented using Python, and a web dashboard with the data of every algorithm?s output (depending on the output, the light bulbs change their color.) HUSPI team has worked with us on the last two elements. We needed to create a proof-of-concept for our main idea and our algorithm and we have heard about HUSPI before, so we contacted them. We began the project with the creation of the system architecture. Ours was a complicated one because we are a startup, and as a result, some parts were unstable. We also needed help with streamlining the information flow. The algorithm takes into account several values: time and 6 different body parameters. HUSPI?s task was to create a web dashboard with data visualization based on our algorithm?s output, user settings, session settings, etc. They collected the information and videos from each session and created graphs connected with the video timeline. In terms of the technologies used in the project - HUSPI recommended using React, Redux, Core UI, Node.js, Noble, and PostgreSQL. The team composition changed during our cooperation. At first, we got a consultation from Senior IT PM. The project?s structure was created by the system architect, and then two developers and one Project manager started to work on the actual software development. During the development phase, we also relied on DevOps engineers? support. Not everything was perfect, but in the end, we got a system that could be used in real therapists? sessions for gathering customers? experience data. For communication and project management, we started using JIRA, but since the project did not last long and had some unexpected turns, we decided to have direct communication via phone, Skype, and Whatsapp. We were impressed with the HUSPI?s dedication to the project. In terms of areas for improvement, I wish we have spent more time on the initial system audit because it would?ve made the further development process go smoother and more according to the created plan.

    CRM Implementation for Solar Energy Installation Company
    I am the CTO of the company that distributes and installs solar panels in the Asian region. We first started to work with HUSPI in terms of IT consulting: we needed to choose, install, and integrate a CRM system that would improve the business processes of the company. Besides the optimization and management, we also needed to make the processes transparent for the participants. The requirements for this CRM system included the capabilities to store data about sales and installation as well as related financial information. HUSPI has audited our business processes and provided a technical specification that described all required changes. They also recommended several existing technical solutions that corresponded with the required tasks. After we made the choice in terms of technology, they proceeded to integrate it. The team we worked with included a senior business analyst and senior IT project manager. We developed business processes and data flow maps together and implemented the supplier/sellers/installation/storing chain in the CRM. Our project wasn?t big, so we mostly communicated via Skype. We have enjoyed working with HUSPI because they provided a cost-efficient solution to our challenges and showed a high level of professionalism.

    ERP System for Real Estate Company
    We are real-estate experts that develop powerful digital ecosystems using cutting edge technologies like 3D visualization, service integration, and data analytics so buyers and developers can reach and connect with the potential audience for faster conversion. We hired HUSPI to develop a new software product for us. We want to make real-estate simple and exciting for buyers and developers by creating a web platform for the leasing. HUSPI was recommended to us as a company that could do it. There are two parts of the project: website (including such features as search, apartments display, and cost calculation) and back office (the apartment management.) For our product, HUSPI used following technologies: React 16+ (TypeScript, AntDesign) and Bootstrap for frontend, NodeJS 10+ (Express, TypeScript, TypeORM, OData) for the backend. The database we went with is PostgreSQL 10+. The team consisted of HTML coder, frontend and backend developers, PM/BA, QA engineer, and DevOps engineer. We communicated via Skype and the project management was done in our JIRA. We have already launched the MVP to test in the market and we have enjoyed the cooperation with HUSPI. They will remain our strategic technology partner for future development because they are very reliable, responsible, and honest.

    Software for a Self-Serve Terminal for Banking & Financial System
    I am the CIO of UnityBars. We develop FinTech products and our specialization is the core banking systems, which are used by the biggest Ukrainian banks as well as banks in other CIS countries. One of our clients had an idea for a startup with currency exchange in cash without human intervention and we needed to make a POC with the client?s hardware (proof of concept.) Since we?ve known and been working with the HUSPI team for a long time, we contacted them to develop an app for this self-serving currency exchange terminal. The technical team was composed of two middle developers, one project manager, DevOps, and later we have added another developer and QA engineer. According to the technical requirements, the hardware works through the user interface (touch screens and the cash box were connected.) The system was successfully approved by the client for further development and we are planning to continue working with HUSPI. They were efficient and responsible, reply quickly to any requests, and do a lot of technical consulting. Also, if you?re ever in Kazakhstan and you need to exchange some cast, you can easily find a self-serve terminal with the software developed by HUSPI.

    CRM Dev for Appliance Distributor
    I am the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the MIRS Corporation. We are the biggest distributor of professional and household appliances and utensils in the HoReCa segment in Ukraine. MIRS has been on the market for over 20 years now. We hired HUSPI for a few very ambitious tasks. The first task was to rework all internal processes at the company to cut internal expenses and costs. The second task was to increase income from our online services. I wasn?t personally involved in the selection process, but HUSPI was recommended to the Corporation?s owner as the best choice in digital transformation on the market. HUSPI began with a consulting service: they audited our business processes, conducted deep interviews and held meetings with different business units, and, as a result, created a specification document with all needed changes. After that, HUSPI recommended several technical solutions that suited the specification. We chose the things that we thought were critical and HUSPI began the integration work. They controlled and managed every detail of the integration process and once the work was done they also held workshops for all business units to understand the system. The same steps were done for our online business. The team included a senior business analyst, senior IT project manager, database architect, and additional middle and junior resources whenever they were needed. A lot of things were changed during the development stage because it was a long project. After the audit of the IT system, retail outlets were moved to the SW that allows exchanging data in realtime. We improved the company?s IT security, developed business processes, and data flow maps for the future system, re-built the supplier?s business change via CRM system implementation. Besides these achievements, we also launched BI tools for realtime business indicators monitoring and replaced the IT core system to transfer the company data flow to a substantially new level in accordance with the IT infrastructure. Since we have several stores, we also launched several other platforms (ProMenu, BabyBliss, Liebherr, and others) and integrated them with the CRM. We used JIRA for the online part of the project management. Since our company is located in a different city from the HUSPI development office, they traveled during the project for the important meetings. We think the level of management was very professional and they have made a huge change in the company in a relatively short time.
