A set of software testing services provided by the team:
Tasked with setting up a new KFC restaurant in Moscow, that would integrate with a CRM in real-time and thus help learn more about customer needs.
This establishment has no cash desks and orders are brought out on a conveyor. To gather customer data the goal by KFC was to track customers’ visit history and implement a CRM system that would predict customer orders.
Evrone utilized Ruby on Rails to produce the CRM and microservices. This particular framework was chosen to be able to respond to frequent changes in approaches and tasks in the ongoing project.
UserAPI, a high-load microservice for interacting with external devices, was launched with the help of Go programming language. StoreAPI was the last piece, which is used to make restaurants visible in geographical searches, timetables, self-service kiosks.
All in all, 16 developers were allocated to this project (7 backend and 9 frontend experts).
